ONLINE COURSE: CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
Your course enrollment is for you and you alone. While you may participate in components of the course with immediate members of your wedding party, you agree that you will not replicate, reproduce or distribute any element of the course in part or in full. You additionally acknowledge may be required to sign a confidentiality agreement before the class commences stating that you will not replicate, reproduce or distribute any element of The Wedding Lab (the “Course”) in part or in full.
The course will run for six weeks in total, after which the newsletters and other delivered content – written, video and live – will conclude. The Course will run consecutive weeks unless otherwise stated by the Company. The course may be repeated at another date in the future.
Unfortunately, refunds are not available once you have purchased the Course. If, for some reason, you are unable to participate in the Course during the scheduled “live” timeframe, we will ensure you have access to all of the materials presented throughout the duration of the Course.
NOT PROFESSIONAL WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES
The Wedding Lab team is comprised of wedding professionals and the information provided on the Website and within the Course relates to issues within the Company’s area of expertise and professional background. We have done our best to ensure that the information provided on the Website and the resources available throughout the duration of the Course are accurate, provide what we believe to be valuable information and have been vetted thoroughly by the Company.
The information contained on the Website and the resources available during the Course are not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as, a replacement for professional wedding planning services. The Course contents are meant to enhance and guide the wedding planning process but not replace a wedding planner who will book vendors, venues and services specifically for your event. Regardless of anything to the contrary, nothing available on or through the Website should be understood as a recommendation that you should not consult with a professional to address your particular event should you wish to do so, according to your wedding budget.
